I know, there about millions of 'water therapy' docs in Google. But this presentation impressed me - do not know why? - well, may be this has some substance.
So, I read, and I read, and I googled with much care this time to see if - is this true?
The basic idea I gathered was - well ... 'one must not drink too much water and it can be harmful. Oh, anything too much is harmful anyways. The accepted quantity is ... about 1.5L in the morning'. And so, I STARTED - correct - I started doing WATER THERAPY. And I see it WORKED. Hell yeah!
I had a very troubling Gastritis problem - it is a very very annoying sickness - and the symptoms faded away. And I believe it is due to my water therapy sessions.
Starting with this water therapy is a bit difficult as this instructions states but really worth it. One cannot force start it. One need a bit of a dedication - not a great deal - but a little :)
I thought I must share it so that at least one - yes, only one - would get benefited. So here it GOES!

Be careful not to rush this if you intend to start it. This treatment itself can be very irritating if you rush it. i.e. If you do not follow the guidelines correctly the first thing could happen is; vomiting - your stomach will throw out :/ and I can't imagine that happening in the morning.
But if you really start it slow and get into the rhythm, you sure to see results. And of course I am a living proof :)
May be 2-3 months down the lane if I see a comment here - oh! that would be something - oh, yeah!

This is true due to my fathers experiences, he's suffering from Diabetes, Angina & some kidney problem. I'm a witness for healing those from water therapy.
Now Diabetes under control and other illnesses disappears too...
